Individual Visa Process

Discovery Consultation
15-minute discussion on Mainstreet Visa services and Visa Participants specific needs.

1st Consultation
Visa Participant receives feedback about documents submitted and must furnish additional documents within 24 hours during the weekday or by the next business day to remain within 9-business day application processing window.

Payment & Fees
After discovery consultation, proceed to register on the website and make the payment in order to start clock on 9- business day application processing.

Notary & Document Review
Visa participants have a chance to flag items on paperwork, before visa package is mailed. Documents are also screened for authenticity, via video conference (persons must be present on call.)

3- Part Questionnaire & Document List
Complete 3-part questionnaire (includes visa participant information, HR information, physical bulletin information) and submit all documents from list within 48hr of payment.

Mailing/Tracking
Your package is mailed, and you will receive a notification on the estimated and actual completion of the filed visa, throughout the USCIS process.
